Tapovanam Hiranygarbha Art Gallery
The art gallery is a five storied structure whose area is 12,000 square feet. It is a pre-engineered steel fabricated building that is weather proof, earthquake proof, thermally efficient, ecologically friendly (made with very little use of cement and concrete) and has a low environmental impact design. Its Bhumi Pujan was done in 2015. The construction was majorly completed by 2017 when it was informally inaugurated. And the Museum and Art Gallery were formally inaugurated in September 2019.
There is an ashram on the ground floor alongwith the office for the gallery, a kitchen and a yoga hall with a life-size effigy of Gurudevji sitting in the meditative posture on a shila (rock) incorporated within the room. The first and the second floors house the photo-gallery. On the second floor there is a hall where the clothes, paduka and literature of Gurudevji has been exhibited alongwith Swami Sundaranand ji's awards, trophies and books.
The top floor is the meditation hall. The same complex has a library which houses books on the Himalayas, the Ganga, the environment, the rich spiritual wisdom of our country, its history and mythology and such related subject. This is for the purpose of giving the coming generations an opportunity of getting to know the immense knowledge, values, spiritual wisdom and sensitivity to Mother Nature that existed in our country since the beginning but has off late been fading away.
